A Cleaner, Easier Way to Shop Just a Clock Collector

Welcome to the newly refreshed Just a Clock Collector website.

I recently updated the design of the site with one simple goal in mind: to make it easier, cleaner, and more enjoyable to browse for clocks. Whether you are looking for a vintage mantel clock, a German mechanical wall clock, a new Hermle or Kieninger piece, or something unique for your home, I wanted the site to feel less cluttered and more helpful.

Clocks are not always simple products to shop for. There are different movement types, case styles, chime options, brands, sizes, and age considerations. A vintage mechanical mantel clock is very different from a new factory-warrantied Hermle clock, and a quartz wall clock serves a different buyer than a weight-driven regulator. The new layout is designed to help make those differences easier to understand and easier to navigate.

Using the Collection Filters

One of the biggest improvements is the use of filter menus on collection pages.

When you are browsing a collection, you may see filters along the left side of the page. These filters are there to help narrow down the clocks based on what matters most to you.

Depending on the collection, you may be able to filter by things such as:

  • Brand

  • Clock type

  • Movement type

  • Price

  • Availability

  • New or vintage pieces

For example, if you are looking for a mechanical clock, you can use the movement filter to narrow the collection instead of scrolling through every listing. If you are shopping for a particular style, such as mantel clocks, wall clocks, floor clocks, or regulator clocks, the collection pages and filters should help you get there faster.

The goal is to make browsing feel more like walking through a well-organized clock shop instead of digging through a pile of unrelated listings.

New, Vintage, and Authorized Seller Collections

Just a Clock Collector offers a mix of carefully selected vintage and antique clocks, along with select new clocks from respected German makers.

I am proud to be an authorized seller for Hermle North America and Kieninger. New Hermle clocks ship through Hermle North America and include the applicable factory warranty. Select Kieninger clocks are shipped direct from Germany and represent some of the finest current-production German mechanical clockmaking available today.

Vintage and antique clocks remain a major part of what makes Just a Clock Collector special. These pieces have age, character, history, and charm that new clocks simply cannot replicate. Each listing is written with care so buyers can understand the condition, movement type, operation, and overall presentation of the clock before purchasing.

A Better Experience for Clock Buyers

My hope is that the new website makes it easier to find the clock that fits your space, your taste, and your purpose.

Some buyers are looking for a special heirloom-style mantel clock. Others want a traditional wall clock, a floor clock, a ship’s clock, a regulator, or a German mechanical piece with presence and craftsmanship. Some are collectors. Some are decorators. Some simply want a beautiful clock that feels meaningful in their home.

Whatever brought you here, I want the shopping experience to feel simple, honest, and enjoyable.

Still Improving

The site will continue to evolve. I will keep improving collection pages, product descriptions, photos, filters, and navigation as new clocks are added and as I learn what makes the shopping experience better for visitors.

If you ever have trouble finding something, or if you are looking for a certain style of clock, feel free to reach out through the contact page. I am always happy to help point you in the right direction.

Thank you for visiting Just a Clock Collector, and I hope the new design makes it easier to find a clock you will be proud to own.
