2-Year Warranty with Registration
New Comitti clocks include a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of retail purchase against qualifying manufacturer defects.
When the clock is registered with Comitti, coverage is extended by an additional 12 months, providing 2 years of total manufacturer warranty coverage.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and confirmation that the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect rather than shipping damage, improper setup, misuse, unauthorized repair, or normal wear.
Please retain your purchase invoice as proof of purchase.

Delivery, Inspection & Setup
Comitti floor clocks are delivered by freight carrier. Standard delivery does not include professional clock setup, and the delivery driver is not a clock technician.
Upon delivery, please open and thoroughly inspect the clock for any visible shipping damage before the driver leaves whenever possible.
If damage is discovered, photograph the clock, the packaging, and the affected areas, and make sure the damage is documented with the carrier at the time of delivery. Prompt inspection and documentation are important should a freight damage claim become necessary.
Professional setup can sometimes be arranged separately. If you would like assistance locating a qualified clock technician in your area, please contact Just A Clock Collector before or after your purchase. Technician availability and setup charges vary by location.
Important — Keep the Original Packaging
Please retain the original inner shipping carton and packing materials supplied with your clock.
If a clock ever needs to be returned for warranty inspection or service, proper packaging is required. Detailed packing instructions will be provided when necessary.
Improperly packaged returns may be damaged in transit and can complicate warranty service.
