Shipping policy

Just A Clock Collector offers insured shipping throughout the United States, with shipping charges based on the item, destination, and fulfillment method.

Free U.S. shipping is available on eligible orders of $99 or more. Some Hönes, movement, and parts orders have separate shipping charges.

Complimentary Insured Delivery
Select luxury clocks include complimentary insured delivery within the contiguous United States. Where applicable, this will be noted on the product page.

Alaska & Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available on select products. Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout. Certain large or high-value clocks may require a shipping deposit or separate freight arrangement.

Canada & Mexico
Select products are available for delivery to Canada and Mexico. Eligibility and shipping rates vary by product and will be shown at checkout. Unless specifically stated otherwise, customers outside the United States are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, and import fees.

Order Processing & Fulfillment
In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Special-order, made-to-order, backordered, and imported products may require additional lead time.

Many factory-new products ship directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distribution partner, including Hermle, Hönes, Weems & Plath, Comitti, Sternreiter, Rombach & Haas, and Kieninger products.

All orders are packed or prepared for shipment with appropriate protection for the clock case, movement, and loose components such as pendulums, weights, and keys. Vintage and mechanical clocks may require minor setup or adjustment after delivery due to transportation and environmental changes.
