SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free insured shipping within the United States on qualifying orders of $99 or more.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, standard merchandise is generally charged a $15 flat shipping rate. Clock movements are charged a $20 flat shipping rate.

The applicable shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Orders are packed carefully to protect all items including the clock case, movement, and any loose components such as pendulums or keys.

Vintage and mechanical clocks may require minor setup or adjustment after delivery due to transport and environmental changes.

In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Larger, delicate, or high-value clocks may require additional handling time to ensure safe packing.
