Anton Schneider 7063/10 Flower Cottage 1-Day Cuckoo Clock

Flower Cottage brings hand-painted color to a compact Black Forest chalet. Bright blossoms surround the house, a large daisy rests on the ledge and a water trough completes the garden scene. Because the floral details are painted by hand, every example has subtle differences that make it personally distinctive.

Movement, sound and animation

The mechanical 1-day movement is wound daily by raising the pinecone weights. The cuckoo calls on the hour and half hour through the traditional bellows-and-pipe mechanism, while the pendulum keeps time below. This model has no music box and includes a manual shut-off for quiet periods.

Handcrafted in the Black Forest

The linden-wood case is painted, fitted and assembled by hand in Gütenbach, Germany. Natural variations in wood grain, color and figures are part of the character of a handmade clock, so no two examples are exactly alike. The mechanical movement carries the VdS certificate of authenticity for genuine Black Forest origin, materials and manufacture and is covered by a 24-month movement warranty.
