Anton Schneider 8TMT 483/9 Village Evening 8-day Cuckoo Clock
MADE TO ORDER
Village Evening offers a quieter interpretation of the animated chalet clock. Friends sit together below while costumed couples turn above the house, creating a scene that feels inviting rather than grand. Its balanced 40 cm case brings music, movement and village warmth to a comfortable residential scale.
Movement, sound and animation
The mechanical 8-day movement needs winding only once a week. A 22-note music box plays Edelweiss and The Happy Wanderer while the beer drinkers, mill wheel and dancers animate the chalet. The cuckoo calls on the hour and half hour, and an automatic night shut-off silences the call and music in the evening.
Handcrafted in the Black Forest
The linden-wood case is painted, fitted and assembled by hand in Gütenbach, Germany. Natural variations in wood grain, color and figures are part of the character of a handmade clock, so no two examples are exactly alike. The mechanical movement carries the VdS certificate of authenticity for genuine Black Forest origin, materials and manufacture and is covered by a 24-month movement warranty.
Availability: Made to order in Gütenbach, Germany, and shipped directly from Germany. Delivery timing is confirmed with the order.
