Anton Schneider Q 6564/9 Faithful Companion Electronic Cuckoo Clock
COMING SOON — RESERVE YOURS NOW
The electronic Faithful Companion preserves the warm chalet scene of the mechanical model while removing the need for daily winding. A man sits over a beer with his dog nearby, village figures gather around the house and the chimney sweep watches from the roof ridge. The result combines traditional visual storytelling with simple battery-powered operation.
Movement, sound and animation
The quartz-controlled movement uses three C batteries. The cuckoo calls on the hour and the clock offers twelve melodies, while the beer drinker, mill wheel and dancers animate the scene. An automatic light sensor silences the clock in darkness, making it easy to enjoy the display during the day without nighttime interruption.
Handcrafted in the Black Forest
The wooden case is painted, fitted and assembled by hand in Gütenbach, Germany. Natural variations in wood grain, color and figures are part of the character of a handmade clock, so no two examples are exactly alike. Electronic clocks are not eligible for the mechanical VdS seal, but their movements are also made in the Black Forest and carry a 24-month movement warranty.
