Kieninger Limited Movement Warranty

Weight-Driven Movements: Kieninger weight-driven movements include a 10-year prorated replacement warranty.

During the first three years, repair may be attempted before movement replacement when appropriate.

Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the movement or defective part.

Returned movements must be complete, undamaged, and free from permanent markings, scratches, or damage caused by improper installation or handling.

Pack the movement securely in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. Damage caused by inadequate return packaging may affect warranty coverage.

Please contact Just A Clock Collector before returning a movement. We will assist with the warranty claim and required return authorization. Do not ship a movement back without authorization.
