Pennsylvania House Mantel Clock – New Hermle Westminster Chime Movement
A timeless Pennsylvania House mantel clock, professionally upgraded with a brand new German-made Franz Hermle 340-020 mechanical movement, blending vintage craftsmanship with modern mechanical reliability.
After an extended testing period, I chose to install a brand new Hermle 340-020 triple-train Westminster movement to ensure long-term performance, accurate timekeeping, and decades of dependable operation. The movement has been professionally installed and tested.
This clock now offers the best of both worlds:

- The reliability and longevity of a brand new precision German movement
The ornate brass dial features a silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals, decorative corner spandrels, and a beautifully detailed center medallion marked “Special Edition.” The traditional carry handle and rich wood finish give this piece executive presence without overpowering a room.
The Westminster chime plays on the quarter hours with a full strike on the hour. A rear selector allows chime or silent operation.
