Stickley Wedding Mantel Clock | Mission Oak Onondaga Hermle Mechanical Movement

A beautiful example of Stickley’s iconic Mission craftsmanship, this Wedding Mantel Clock combines solid quarter-sawn white oak, classic Prairie styling, and a traditional German mechanical movement.

Identified by factory model number 89-081, the clock was produced as part of the Stickley Mission Oak Collection and is finished in Stickley’s #32 Onondaga stain. This rich, warm finish features deep brown coloring with subtle amber and reddish undertones, beautifully highlighting the natural ray flake and grain patterns of the quarter-sawn oak.

The architectural case features Stickley’s distinctive spindle-front design, creating an elegant frame around the dial while giving the clock its unmistakable Arts and Crafts appearance. It is substantial enough to serve as a focal point on a fireplace mantel, console, sideboard, or Stickley furniture grouping.

Inside is a high-quality, key-wound mechanical movement manufactured by Franz Hermle of Germany. The clock strikes one gong at the half-hour and strikes the appropriate number of gongs on the hour.

The factory label identifies this particular clock as having been produced in September 2018, with unit identification number SFG-0779643.

The back of the cabinet includes two integrated keyhole mounting slots, allowing the clock to be displayed on a wall in addition to being placed on a mantel or tabletop.
