This elegant vintage mantel clock was made by Elliott of London, one of England’s most respected clockmakers. The clock is housed in a richly decorated red lacquer chinoiserie case, hand-finished with traditional Asian-inspired scenes and gold detailing — a style long favored in high-end European decorative arts.

The brass dial features Roman numerals, an engraved floral center, and ornate hands, all framed behind its original glass. The original carry handle and feet remain intact, and the case shows attractive age-appropriate crazing consistent with genuine lacquer finishes — adding to its authenticity and charm.
