Anton Schneider 8T 90/9 Avis Vinea 8-Day Cuckoo Clock

Avis Vinea is an elegant carved clock built around a calm bird resting among flowing vine leaves. A golden dial brings a subtle brightness to the warm walnut-brown wood, balancing traditional Black Forest carving with a refined, uncluttered appearance. Its 30 cm height gives it presence while remaining easy to place.

Movement, sound and animation

The mechanical 8-day movement requires winding only once a week. The cuckoo announces the hour and half hour using the traditional bellows-and-pipe call, while the pendulum moves continuously below. There is no music box, and the manual night shut-off lets you silence the cuckoo when desired.

Handcrafted in the Black Forest

The linden-wood case is painted, fitted and assembled by hand in Gütenbach, Germany. Natural variations in wood grain, color and figures are part of the character of a handmade clock, so no two examples are exactly alike. The mechanical movement carries the VdS certificate of authenticity for genuine Black Forest origin, materials and manufacture and is covered by a 24-month movement warranty.
