This is a high-grade Elliott of London dual-chime mantel clock, model S7895, dating to the late 1930s–mid 1940s. This is a genuine English-made Elliott — not a later export — featuring a heavy brass 8-day mechanical movement and three chime selections, including Westminster and Whittington.
The clock has been professionally cleaned and oiled and is running perfectly, keeping strong time and chiming beautifully on the quarters and hour.
