The Gleneagle is a Sheraton-style longcase clock inspired by Scottish maker William Robb of Montrose, circa 1790. Flame mahogany veneer, chequered edging and extensive marquetry lead upward to a scroll pediment crowned by a finely cast brass eagle.

Its signed, hand-painted moon dial depicts wildlife of England’s Lake District, while the eight-day triple-chime cable movement offers Westminster, Whittington and St. Michael melodies. The cabinet is hand rubbed and waxed for the nuanced patina of a cherished antique.

  • Quiet hours: Automatic overnight silencing from 10:00 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., with chime-sequence and beat correction
