New Hermle clocks purchased from Just a Clock Collector include Hermle’s limited manufacturer warranty. Hermle warrants the movement and accompanying components against defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the original retail purchase date, or five years from the date of manufacture, whichever occurs first.
Please retain all original packaging, as warranty service may require the clock to be returned in its original carton.
