Hermle & Urgos Limited Movement Warranty
Year 1: Defective movement will be replaced. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
Year 2: Defective movement will be repaired. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
Year 3: Defective movement will be repaired. Return shipping to the warranty facility is the customer's responsibility.
Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the movement or defective part.
Movements that have been permanently marked or scratched may be treated as repairs rather than warranty replacements.
Return all components originally supplied with the movement. Charges may apply for missing parts.
Remove the pendulum leader before packing to prevent scratching the movement plates. Fully rewind cables where applicable.
Pack the movement securely in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. Movements damaged because of improper return packaging may not receive warranty credit.
Please contact Just A Clock Collector before returning a movement. We will assist with the warranty claim and required return authorization. Do not ship a movement back without authorization.
Beautiful vintage Hermle mantel / bracket clock featuring a Westminster chime, classic Roman numeral dial, and an elegant arched wood case with brass carrying handle.
This clock is fitted with a Hermle 340-020 German movement (stamped Germany) and a dial marked Western Germany, indicating mid-to-late 20th-century production and sought-after German quality.
